Poiesisonline our basic website for art and literature was humbly found on the year 2004, from a small computer classroom of palakkad district of Kerala. It has made its first online presence in the year 2006, and then consistently for more than a decade, we are hosting world class international contests for poetry and short stories in English under the banner of poiesisonline and our publishing division xpresspublications.
Our efforts has identified and showcased many talented writers to the world and to India connecting its length and breadth. Every year top ten writers are selected by our three member international panel of juries ased on the merit of the entries, well backed up by the technical structure, universal ethics and quality organizing techniques. We are proud to say that we have emerged as a major contributor in shaping the thought process of the modern writers and stabilized the domain of modern world of literature to contribute in an inspiring way.
We are kindly blessed by the range of expertise and commited efforts of our jury panel members who are selected based on the academic and professional backgrounds, passion in writing, contributions to the literature and overall for the merit of integrity as a unique individual. Our juries are otherwise selected to proudly represent their nations as well. Many nationals proudly joined us as juries from non English speaking countries and major English speaking countries like United States, United Kindgom, France, Australia, Canada, Ireland, Philippines, Sweden, Russia, Italy, Ghana, Nigeria, Bulgaria, India, Srilanka,Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Japan, Libya and so on. It is still thickly growing and stretching to reach more lovers of literature and poetry.

Invitations are floated around the month of September and submissions are accepted till November 30th of the year for the award of forthcoming year. Results of these contests will be available around feb15th of the next year.
